Once a project inquiry is completed, we will set up a time to discuss scope, goals, potential budget, functionality of the space, and determine mutual understanding of the project. Through a series of meetings, we will assess the existing building, budget, and discuss how to program the space to best reflect the character of the home as well as the inhabitants through multifaceted research and inspiration.
Our design team begins to reflect our conversations into initial design suggestions and the presentation of floor plans, elevations, furnishings, and renderings. We source and present finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to finalize budget and design plan to ensure a seamless transition into the following phase.
We finalize plans and selections in accordance with our agreed design intent and create an organized and detailed design package to deliver to builders. During this time, payment is made, and orders are placed.
We start to receive orders and ensure the delivery and placement of your materials and furnishings. Our team conducts consistent, professional communication, a multitude of site visits, collaboration with contractors and subcontractors, and implements any changes that need to be made in real time to guarantee design accuracy and integrity. Final installation of furnishings, accessories, window treatments, and documentation closes the project.
